Accessibility at ChatExtender
We want people with disabilities to be able to learn about, evaluate, and purchase ChatExtender without unnecessary barriers.
Our target
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, for the public pages on chatextender.com.
Measures we take
- Semantic headings and page landmarks that support screen-reader navigation.
- Keyboard access and visible focus indicators for interactive controls.
- Text contrast designed to meet Level AA thresholds.
- Responsive layouts that reflow on narrow screens and at increased text sizes.
- Reduced animation when a visitor enables reduced motion in their system settings.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and video-only demonstrations.
Third-party services
Purchases and affiliate applications may continue on Gumroad, a third-party service that ChatExtender does not control. If a third-party page prevents you from completing a purchase or another important task, contact us and we will work with you on an accessible alternative.
Report a problem
Email [email protected]. Please include the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We welcome specific feedback and prioritize barriers that prevent someone from understanding the product, downloading the trial, purchasing a license, or contacting support.
